Bathroom remodeling in Morrison, CO
Bathroom remodeling for Morrison homeowners, designed in our Littleton showroom and installed the way that fits you.
Remodeling for Morrison homeowners.
Morrison sits just up the hogback northwest of us, close enough that a showroom visit fits around an errand in town. We also serve nearby Dakota Ridge, Ken Caryl, Lakewood, all an easy drive from our showroom at 11614 West Belleview Avenue in Littleton.
Permits and inspections in Morrison.
Who issues the permit depends on the address, not on the job. This is how it works where you live.
Morrison is small enough that it does not staff its own inspectors. The town contracts code enforcement and inspections to an outside firm, Charles Abbott Associates, while the permit itself still comes from the town. That is worth knowing when you are scheduling, because inspection availability follows the contractor's calendar rather than a city counter's opening hours.
We pull the permits on the work we manage. Rules and fees change, so treat this as a starting point and we will confirm the current requirements for your address before anything is scheduled.
What a Foothills bathroom project includes.
The same scope in every home we work in, so it lives in one place rather than being repeated on every town page.

What homeowners say.
They did an excellent job installing new custom vanity tops in my master and guest bathrooms. The granite and the quartz look great.
I used them for a powder room remodel. Jason, Mike, and Deanna spent a lot of time on the details, with no pressure in their approach.
Three ways to work with us.
Buy the product and install it yourself, bring your own contractor, or let us handle the whole job. Same showroom, same honest pricing.
