Bathroom remodeling for Lakewood homeowners, designed in our Littleton showroom and installed the way that fits you.
Remodeling for Lakewood homeowners.
Lakewood is just north of us, and plenty of our projects are in its mid-century and newer neighborhoods. We also serve nearby Dakota Ridge, Denver, Littleton, all an easy drive from our showroom at 11614 West Belleview Avenue in Littleton.
Permits and inspections in Lakewood.
Who issues the permit depends on the address, not on the job. This is how it works where you live.
Lakewood has its own building department and takes permits through eTRAKiT. The detail that catches homeowners is the trade work: mechanical, electrical and plumbing must be done by contractors registered with the City of Lakewood, or the homeowner has to be added to the permit to do it themselves. That is a different rule from unincorporated Jefferson County immediately to the south.
We pull the permits on the work we manage. Rules and fees change, so treat this as a starting point and we will confirm the current requirements for your address before anything is scheduled.
What a Foothills bathroom project includes.
The same scope in every home we work in, so it lives in one place rather than being repeated on every town page.
What goes in a bathroom.

What homeowners say.
They did an excellent job installing new custom vanity tops in my master and guest bathrooms. The granite and the quartz look great.
I used them for a powder room remodel. Jason, Mike, and Deanna spent a lot of time on the details, with no pressure in their approach.
Three ways to work with us.
Buy the product and install it yourself, bring your own contractor, or let us handle the whole job. Same showroom, same honest pricing.
