Both. Bathrooms are a big part of what we do. Vanities, countertops, tile, flooring and shower doors are all on display at the Littleton showroom. It's funny that people sometimes ask us that, so we tell them, "Well, it's in the name...."

Either way works. You can do it yourself, bring your own contractor, or have us handle the whole project. Plenty of customers start out planning to do it themselves and change their mind once they see the scope, and that is completely fine.

If we came across them in the middle of a remodel, we could add the repairs to the scope of the project. But handymen are generally better suited for small repairs, and they haven't typically come into the store over the years to introduce themselves.

No, estimates are free. Bring your measurements or a few photos of the room and we will walk you through options and pricing at the showroom.

There are so many variables. Is your project a partial renovation, or will you be tearing down to the studs? Will you be using builder grade for a rental, or fully custom for your forever home? We do our best to help you stay on budget, but when something you request is much higher than expected, we’ll let you know, “you have great taste;” and if you’re being even more adventurous, it might be more, “you have really great taste!”

Some companies sell countertops by the foot in limited colors. It can cost less depending on the layout, but reps have told us horror stories about why you might not want to always save money.

Or cabinet companies can have 50% swings in pricing depending on the doors chosen. Same boxes, but some doors require more labor to produce.

So how do our prices compare? We’re at the store six days a week, so we don’t really know, though customers have mostly told us they’ve found we’re fair. But let us know if you come across the same item for less.

Yes, that's what makes the showroom unlike most others. Cabinet doors, along with flooring, quartz, backsplash, and sink samples are all in one building, so you can hold finishes next to each other instead of driving to four different stores.

Yes. You do not have to redo the whole room to work with us. Countertops on their own, cabinets on their own, or flooring on its own are all normal projects here.

No, but you need to understand one thing about most contractors: They hate pulling all the tools out of their truck, then putting them back. So they prefer jobs where they can stage their tools in the garage for a few weeks, then maybe fit in a smaller project while they're waiting for the counters to be installed. If it's during a busy season, that's where their priorities would be.

The showroom is on West Belleview Avenue in Littleton. But we've helped beautify hundreds of homes throughout southwest Denver metro. From Golden to Lone Tree along the C470 corridor, into the foothills of Conifer or Evergreen via US 285 or I-70, as well as any of their neighboring communities, such as Ken Caryl, Columbine, Highlands Ranch, etc.

Monday through Friday, noon to 5pm, and Saturday 10am to 5pm. Other hours by appointment. If you are coming in to plan a full kitchen or bathroom, it helps to let us know ahead so someone has time to sit down with you.
