Kitchen remodeling in Lone Tree, CO
Kitchen remodeling for Lone Tree homeowners, designed in our Littleton showroom and installed the way that fits you.
Remodeling for Lone Tree homeowners.
Lone Tree is southeast of us in Douglas County, and the drive across on C-470 is shorter than most people expect. We also serve nearby Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Englewood, all an easy drive from our showroom at 11614 West Belleview Avenue in Littleton.
Permits and inspections in Lone Tree.
Who issues the permit depends on the address, not on the job. This is how it works where you live.
Lone Tree runs its own building division and takes applications only electronically, through Accela, with plan review fees due when you submit rather than when the permit issues. The city draws a clear line worth knowing: swapping a window or door for the same size needs no permit, but changing the opening does, and so does anything that disturbs a moisture barrier.
We pull the permits on the work we manage. Rules and fees change, so treat this as a starting point and we will confirm the current requirements for your address before anything is scheduled.
What a Foothills kitchen project includes.
The same scope in every home we work in, so it lives in one place rather than being repeated on every town page.
What goes in a kitchen.
Every one of these is on the floor in Littleton, and you can buy any of them on their own. Touch the samples before you decide.
Kitchens we have built.

What homeowners say.
They mocked up a draft design in their software so we could actually visualize our kitchen, then got us the best bang for the buck. Our kitchen turned out better than we could have imagined.
From helping us pick products and colors to drawing up designs, through demo and install, they were outstanding. The installers were professional and meticulous.
We vetted five options including the big box stores. A year later we still have no regrets going with Foothills.
Three ways to work with us.
Buy the product and install it yourself, bring your own contractor, or let us handle the whole job. Same showroom, same honest pricing.
