Kitchen remodeling in Genesee, CO
Kitchen remodeling for Genesee homeowners, designed in our Littleton showroom and installed the way that fits you.
Remodeling for Genesee homeowners.
Genesee is one of the first mountain communities west of Golden on I-70, up at 7,740 feet beside the Buffalo Herd Overlook, and it is a short run down the hill to our showroom. We also serve nearby Golden, Lookout Mountain, Evergreen, all an easy drive from our showroom at 11614 West Belleview Avenue in Littleton.
Permits and inspections in Genesee.
Who issues the permit depends on the address, not on the job. This is how it works where you live.
Genesee is unincorporated Jefferson County, so a county permit rather than a Golden city one, even though Golden is the mailing address. Most of the mountain properties here are on an onsite wastewater system, which is why adding a fixture is a different conversation from replacing one that is already there. The county reviews whether the system carries the extra load before the new fixture goes in.
We pull the permits on the work we manage. Rules and fees change, so treat this as a starting point and we will confirm the current requirements for your address before anything is scheduled.
What a Foothills kitchen project includes.
The same scope in every home we work in, so it lives in one place rather than being repeated on every town page.
What goes in a kitchen.
Every one of these is on the floor in Littleton, and you can buy any of them on their own. Touch the samples before you decide.

What homeowners say.
They mocked up a draft design in their software so we could actually visualize our kitchen, then got us the best bang for the buck. Our kitchen turned out better than we could have imagined.
From helping us pick products and colors to drawing up designs, through demo and install, they were outstanding. The installers were professional and meticulous.
We vetted five options including the big box stores. A year later we still have no regrets going with Foothills.
Three ways to work with us.
Buy the product and install it yourself, bring your own contractor, or let us handle the whole job. Same showroom, same honest pricing.
