Kitchen remodeling in Conifer, CO
Kitchen remodeling for Conifer homeowners, designed in our Littleton showroom and installed the way that fits you.
Remodeling for Conifer homeowners.
Conifer sits southwest of us along US-285, an easy run down the hill when you are already headed into town. We also serve nearby Morrison, Evergreen, Dakota Ridge, all an easy drive from our showroom at 11614 West Belleview Avenue in Littleton.
Permits and inspections in Conifer.
Who issues the permit depends on the address, not on the job. This is how it works where you live.
Conifer is unincorporated Jefferson County, so the permit and the inspections are the county's. Two things shape a remodel up here more than the drawings do. Most properties run on a well and an onsite wastewater system, so adding or relocating a fixture can put the septic capacity in question, and winter access decides when slabs, tubs and cabinetry can actually be delivered up the hill.
We pull the permits on the work we manage. Rules and fees change, so treat this as a starting point and we will confirm the current requirements for your address before anything is scheduled.
What a Foothills kitchen project includes.
The same scope in every home we work in, so it lives in one place rather than being repeated on every town page.
What goes in a kitchen.
Every one of these is on the floor in Littleton, and you can buy any of them on their own. Touch the samples before you decide.

What homeowners say.
They mocked up a draft design in their software so we could actually visualize our kitchen, then got us the best bang for the buck. Our kitchen turned out better than we could have imagined.
From helping us pick products and colors to drawing up designs, through demo and install, they were outstanding. The installers were professional and meticulous.
We vetted five options including the big box stores. A year later we still have no regrets going with Foothills.
Three ways to work with us.
Buy the product and install it yourself, bring your own contractor, or let us handle the whole job. Same showroom, same honest pricing.
