Permits and inspections in Roxborough.
Who issues the permit depends on the address, not on the job. This is how it works where you live.
Roxborough is unincorporated Douglas County, so it is the county Building Division that issues the permit, not a city office. The county publishes an over-the-counter review for simple interior remodels on weekday mornings, one project per applicant per day, and asks for scaled drawings in blue or black ink rather than a sketch. Two sets if you want it reviewed over the counter.
We pull the permits on the work we manage. Rules and fees change, so treat this as a starting point and we will confirm the current requirements for your address before anything is scheduled.
What a Foothills bathroom project includes.
The same scope in every home we work in, so it lives in one place rather than being repeated on every town page.

What homeowners say.
They did an excellent job installing new custom vanity tops in my master and guest bathrooms. The granite and the quartz look great.
I used them for a powder room remodel. Jason, Mike, and Deanna spent a lot of time on the details, with no pressure in their approach.
Three ways to work with us.
Buy the product and install it yourself, bring your own contractor, or let us handle the whole job. Same showroom, same honest pricing.
