You can shop our showroom without booking a remodel

Here is something a lot of people in Littleton do not realize about us: you do not need a remodel booked to shop here. You can walk in, buy a box of tile or a vanity or a cabinet pull, and walk out. That is a completely normal day for us.

We know it is not obvious. A kitchen and bath showroom looks like a place for people who are already six weeks into a project with a contractor and a set of plans. So this guide is the plain answer to what is actually on our floor, and how you can buy from it.

What is actually in the showroom

Everything for your project, under one roof. That is the whole idea of the place, and in practice it means 80 manufacturers across the showroom, covering:

• Tile and mosaics for floors, walls, backsplashes and showers.
• Countertops in quartz, granite and the rest, with real samples to compare side by side.
• Cabinets, and the hardware that goes on them.
• Flooring, including carpet.
• Vanities, sinks, tubs, showers and fixtures.
• Lighting, doors and windows.

The point of having all of it in one building is that you can match your counter, your backsplash and your floor in one trip instead of driving to three stores and trying to carry a colour in your head between them. Small samples on a phone screen lie. Two samples side by side under the same light do not.

Three ways to buy, and all three are normal

This is the part that surprises people most, so we say it plainly on our products page and we will say it again here. Once you have picked your materials you can:

• Install it yourself. Plenty of our customers are handy and just want good product at a fair price. Buy it and go.
• Use your favorite contractor. If you already have a builder or a tile setter you trust, we supply the products and coordinate with them. You do not have to fire your guy to shop here.
• Book a full service project through us. If you would rather hand the whole thing off, we can act as your general contractor from the first sketch to the last outlet cover.

Nobody is going to push you up that list. Somebody buying one box of tile gets the same showroom and the same help as somebody doing a whole kitchen.

What to bring when you come in

You will get much further in one visit with three things in hand:

• Measurements. Rough is fine. Wall lengths, ceiling height, and the size of anything you are replacing.
• Photos of the room as it is now. Including the parts you are keeping, because those are what everything new has to live next to.
• A sample of anything staying. A cabinet door, a piece of the existing floor, a drawer front. Matching to a real object beats matching to a memory every single time.

If you are only replacing one thing, bring the old one if you can get it out. That is the fastest way to find its replacement.

If it is not on the floor, we can still get it

What you see in the showroom is hundreds of samples, not the whole catalogue. A great deal of what we sell is special ordered from those 80 manufacturers, which means the real range is far wider than the floor space suggests. If you have seen something you like somewhere else, bring a photo or a model number and we will tell you straight whether we can get it and what it will take.

This is also where the big box comparison actually matters. Contractors tell us all the time that they default to the big box stores out of habit. On special ordered products we have more choices and better prices, so it is worth getting one quote from us before you default to the same place you always go.

Where we are

The showroom is in Littleton, and it is a short drive from Highlands Ranch, Ken Caryl, Lakewood and most of the south Denver metro. People come to us from across the area precisely because it is one stop rather than four.

If it does turn into a project

Sometimes somebody comes in for a backsplash and leaves having decided the whole kitchen needs doing. That happens, and there is no pressure either way. But it is worth knowing that the same showroom you browsed on a Saturday is where the design work happens too, so nothing has to start over if you change your mind about scope.

And if it never becomes a project, that is completely fine as well. Come buy your tile.
