We understand your home is your castle, so whether it comes with a moat or turrets, it's our job to help you build your dream. That's one reason our employees are not commissioned salespeople. We don't want them more concerned with hirng a bonus versus listening to what you want. Nor do we want them ignoring you because, "You're Bob's customer....”
Whether we remain one store or reach the cover of Fortune, we promise that visiting us will always be a fun experience. All our employees are experienced in various aspects of remodeling; more importantly, however, they're all friendly. Nobody wants to spend me with a stick in the mud, so we don't go looking in the riverbanks when we hire.
